Protein Plate

Type foods the way you'd say them: 50 g paneer, 2 roti, 1 scoop whey. You get calories, macros and protein quality (DIAAS, lysine and SAA) for each food, each meal and the full day.

Brands you add work here too, e.g. 50 g amul paneer

Copy the per-100 g values from the pack label. Pick the protein type closest to the food so lysine and SAA can be estimated (labels don't list amino acids).

Food library (per 100 g)

How the scores work. Each food carries lysine, sulphur amino acids (methionine + cysteine), threonine and tryptophan in mg per g of protein, plus an ileal digestibility factor. For a meal, digestible amino acids are added up, divided by the meal's total protein and compared with the FAO 2013 reference for adults and children over 3 (Lys 48, SAA 23, Thr 25, Trp 6.6 mg/g). DIAAS is the lowest of those scores; that amino acid is the limiting one. 100+ is excellent, 75–99 good, below 75 low.

Values are approximations from IFCT 2017, USDA and published DIAAS studies, with one digestibility factor per food. Use the scores to compare meals and pair foods, not as lab-exact figures. Weights are raw/dry unless the food says cooked; ml are counted as grams.
